  • A civil engineer with 36 years’ experience in the construction industry and has developed mining and construction businesses in West Africa from 2010 onwards.
  • Andy has a talent for bringing people together to execute complex & challenging projects .
  • Andy initially developed strong & loyal teams in the UK who subsequently worked in West Africa delivering high profile fast track projects ( road & rail ) in the mining sector. Under Andy’s leadership live projects continued to work In Sierra Leone & Liberia through the Ebola epidemic in 2014.
  • A very strong instinct for identifying good opportunities & reacting quickly & intelligently to take advantage of them. Also committed to mentoring & developing the skills of others. A strategic thinker, very personable & resilient.

Russell Evans; Director, BEng (Hons) CEng FICE FIHT

  • A Chartered Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.
  • Russell spent the first 18 years of his career with Taylor Woodrow as a Project and Contracts Manager.
  • Russell oversees all major bids, and key projects to ensure robust tenders are submitted and that projects are delivered according to plan.
  • He is also responsible for the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental performance, and driving Continuous Improvement through the Business Management System.  

Mike Condon, Chief Operating Officer, BEng (Hons) CEng

  • Mike has 25+ years industry experience.
  • Highly effective business unit leader and team mentor accomplished commercially, contractually, technically and practically.
  • Successfully responsible for business development, estimating and work winning, effective project execution in challenging locations in West Africa, all with positive commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, assertive and motivating whilst leading by example.
