DIG IG directly employs national workforces on projects in Africa. Skill transfer and training is vital to provide essential skills, competency, training and development.
We provide comprehensive Health, Safety and Environmental training to all new recruits to ensure that all our operations are delivered in a safe and sustainable manner. All our projects are carried out in line with our SHE Management system which is in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
This includes induction training, life skills classes, training in the Company standards, policies and hazard specific training such as risk assessments, method statements, tool box talks, job safety analysis and hazardous substances.
